Coral Canada wide Ltd. is a long-standing Canadian commercial and industrial service provider specializing in HVAC-R, refrigeration, plumbing, pipefitting, facility maintenance, controls, electrical services, and construction support. The company has provided service across Canada for over 30 years and supports sectors including supermarkets, restaurants, distribution centres, recreational facilities, government buildings, retail chains, and industrial facilities. 

Fantech’s Role

Fantech supported Coral Canada Wide through an ongoing data and operations’ digital transformation program focused on modernizing how business data is migrated, stored, organized, and analyzed.

The work included helping Coral move key operational and financial data into Snowflake, creating a centralized warehouse for business reporting and future integrations. Fantech also supported the migration and organization of Outlook and SharePoint data, helping reduce reliance on scattered files, manual records, and disconnected information sources.

To turn the centralized data into usable business insight, Fantech developed custom Tableau dashboards connected directly to Coral’s Snowflake instance. These dashboards gave leadership and operational teams better visibility into business performance, financial records, accounts data, invoices, payables, and other critical information.

Business Impact

Although the integration work is still in progress, the transformation has already helped Coral move toward a more modern and data-driven operating model.

The project has improved Coral’s ability to centralize business information, reduce manual reporting effort, and prepare for stronger operational visibility across departments. With Snowflake and Tableau in place, Coral now has the foundation needed for better reporting, future automation, and more structured decision-making.
