AJW is a healthcare company that provides effective and compliant post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) solutions. In order to streamline PMCF plans and reporting procedures, AJW aimed to make a secure and centralised digital portal to handle an increasing number of sites, devices, and compliance needs.
Purpose
The main goal was to replace manual, scattered tasks with a dashboard that was role-based and could:
- Easily manage subscriptions at the company level.
- Assign distinct roles to teams with approval processes.
- Make it easier to create PMCF plans and reports.
- Give users instant access to payment, membership, and compliance history data.
