Montage Doku is a construction project management platform that helps installers, project managers, administrators, and clients manage projects from one centralized system. 

Fantech Labs developed a Flutter mobile app and web portal with Firebase as the backend, enabling project documentation, task management, reporting, attendance tracking, and real-time project visibility for every stakeholder.

The Challenge

Construction projects involved multiple teams working across different locations, making it difficult to keep documentation, reporting, material tracking, and communication organized. Installers needed a simple way to record daily site activities, while project managers and clients required real-time visibility into project progress, schedules, and reports.

The Solution

Fantech Labs developed a complete construction management platform consisting of a Flutter mobile application and a web portal powered by Firebase.
